My Trusted Friend

I've been working on a little photography project, details of which I will be sharing soon.  Part of the project required a photo of my current camera.  I just realised that althought it's the source of most of the images on this blog, it has never had its moment in the light, so to speak.  

So here it is... my tusted friend and faithful travel companion.

That is a very good friend! Tell me are you enticed by the D800! That seems to be on everyone's Nikon Mind at this point !lol

Yes it's the talk of anyone remotely Nikon. I am only now using about 60% of my D300 capability. I don't think I need a D800 yet. Of course I reserve the right to change my mind :) but I think I would rather buy the 70-200mm lens rather than a new body.
